CPA Djamali NAMBAJIMANA is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in higher education leadership, professional development, and project management. He currently serves as the Division Manager for Resource Mobilization and Partnerships at the University of Rwanda, where he leads institutional fundraising, partnership building, and consultancy services and oversees major international projects funded by the World Bank and the European Commission, including the USD 12 million Priority Skills for Growth (PSG) Project, ENRHED, and GREATER.
He has contributed to key national assignments such as enhancing the Project Management Module in the MINECOFIN–IFMIS system, conducting ICT gap analyses for MININFRA, and delivering capacity-building programs in resource mobilization, public financial management, and project management.
As a PMI Authorized Training Partner Instructor and Senior Trainer for CPA Rwanda, he has supported hundreds of professionals to successfully attain PMP, ACP, and CPA certifications. His strong academic and professional foundation includes: BBA (Accounting) – First Class; MBA (International Business) – First Class; MSc in International Trade Policy & Trade Law; CPA (Kenya & Rwanda); PMP and ACP (PMI-USA); Post-Graduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education; and ACCA Professional Level (in progress).
